The Broadstreet Partners’ team of John Parker and Ryan Koop represented the owner in the disposition of a 20,400 SF Industrial warehouse at 1075 S. Batesville Road in Greer, South Carolina. Due to its excellent location and flexible layout, the property experienced 100{d89e0764379db356def7c12dcb74e5a7dd53963365062b71e500fcf3cd533efc} occupancy by several tenants since the owner purchased the property in 1989. Notable tenants over the years included Coca-Cola and BI-LO. When BI-LO elected to consolidate their operations elsewhere in the summer of 2017, the owner chose Broadstreet to market the property for sale or for lease. Interest in the property was brisk by tenants, investors, and users alike. Broadstreet provided the owner with a detailed cost-benefit analysis of each option. Ultimately, an expanding user-buyer was chosen as a result.
