The Landing at Western Carolina, Broadstreet Partners’ latest student housing development, broke ground in early February in Cullowhee, NC. The site is located less than a quarter of a mile from the lovely Western Carolina University campus. The new 3, 4, and 5 bedroom luxury cottages are set to deliver in August 2018. Leasing is well under way.
